Getting to be that time
. . . . You know it's time for egg retrieval when
your ovaries, which are normally each the size of an almond
Oh yeah. The super enlarged ovaries, dangling on the end of the fallopian tubes, just sort of suspended in the pelvic cavity. Such a nice image, eh? Good luck!!!
you would think that with all the injections i've had i would have sucked it up and given myself one, but no, i am too chicken shit. i'm pretty sure i'm not going to be able to do it, i think i will be driving to my dad's house every day to get them (doctor dad).
Sorry for the lateness of this but good luck, good luck, good luck! You're probably on your way by now but know I'm pulling for you and can't wait to hear how it went.
Good luck on retrieval!!!
ReplyDeleteUmm, nope. My crusty old ovaries never did that. I would imagine it's not fun.
ReplyDeleteGood luck tomorrow. I'll be thinking of you. We'll have to get together to distract you during the 2ww.
I can feel the excitement in your post! Sending you lots of good wishes for tomorrow... good luck!
ReplyDeleteGlad that the ovaries are in serious expansion mode (isn't it amazing that they are only the size of almonds - I always thought that was cool!).
ReplyDeleteTake care
